My work (including but not restricted to: Graphics) can be used on personal and non-commercial sites only. To do so you must contact me for and receive permission prior to use. If you have a commercial site and are interested in using my graphics please contact me for license purchasing options.

A link back to the site of origin (including but not restricted to: MetroBlogs® A division of Quintessential Web® at http://www.MetroBlogs.com, Quintessential Web® at http://www.quintessentialweb.com) is required on any and all pages that contain my work. You may use the logo provided (if applicable) or a text link. The link or linking image must be in a visible location on each page.

If you are a web designer and would like to use my work on a client site whether it be a personal, non-profit or commercial site you must contact me for a license. Placing my graphics on a site without purchasing a license is considered unauthorized redistribution and commercial use. Please contact me for licensing options.

Images must be downloaded to your own hard drive. Linking directly to my graphics is considered bandwidth theft and is illegal.

You may not convert any part of my work into Paint Shop Pro tubes. You may not use any part of my work to make virtual greeting cards or to adorn pages displaying virtual greeting cards.

I do not grant permission for my work to be used on sites that contain sexually explicit material or language, excessive profanity, hate material, including gender, sexual orientation, ethnic, religious and/or racial slurs, child endangerment, and/or threats to human life.

Please e-mail me if you have used my work on your site so I may view your site and confirm that my work is being used in accordance with my terms of service. As the copyright holder and creator, I reserve the right to deny permission should the site violate any of the above terms.
